RATES INCLUDE
- Professional comprehensive assessment and safety evaluation
- Careful evaluation of the client's needs and preferences before assigning a Personal Assistant or Home Assistant
- 24-hour/7 day a week service
- Regular on-site visits with client to evaluate client needs and to monitor Personal Assistant and Home Assistant work performance
- Immediate attention to client problems or scheduling changes
- Worker's Compensation Insurance and Unemployment Insurance for employees
- Liability Insurance, and employee bonding
- Federal, State and Social Security (FICA) employee withholding taxes
ADDITIONAL SERVICE FEES
- Mileage and parking are added to the invoice when employees are assigned to provide transportation. Mileage is billed at 565 per mile if the Personal Assistant is required to use their own vehicle. Parking is billed according to a submitted receipt.
- Overtime is billed at 1 1/2 times the applicable service fee when scheduling preference results in the PA and HA providing services in excess of forty (40) hours per week.
- Holidays are billed at one-half (1/2 the applicable service fee when scheduling preferences results in the PA and HA providing services on a holiday. Kupuna Concierge recognizes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Prince Kuhio Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, King Kamehameha Day, Independence Day, Statehood Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Supplies are added to the invoice including gloves, groceries, and any items when requested and provided by Kupuna Concierge.
